Winter Field Day

We invite club members and the public to join us as we participate in Winter Field Day. Come experience amateur radio!
Come, watch and work alongside amateur radio operators:
- Set up a field station & antennas
- Contact people around the world
- Operate voice, digital and morse code
- Test equipment and abilities
- Practice emergency skills
WHERE:
Usery Mountain Regional Park 3939 N Usery Pass Rd, Mesa, AZ 85207 in the Cholla Group Campground. There is a $10 entry fee into the park or a $25 overnight camping fee. Additional fee info can be found here.
We will arrive on Friday afternoon Jan 23, 2026 and will be staying until Sunday morning, playing radio and sharing many stories around the campfire.
Join us for a pancake breakfast on Saturday Jan 24, 2026 at 8:00 AM under the pavilion. Pancakes and sausages will be served hot off the griddle.
$5 – Discounted Early Bird tickets per person, if purchased before Jan 23.
$10 cash, per person – day of the event.
This is a Bring Your Own Beverage event.
